I had went from Sinjuku via Kofu to Hirogawara far the peak Yasyajintouge and climbed Mt. Kita-dake along the ridge from Sainokawahara, long ago.

when I had went to Oomiya by bicycles from local east entrance of JR station.

( a corporation ,a nonprofit corporation ?? ) I surprised many collaborated companies near Oomiya and Yono JR station.
Therefore in local state, there are many Tsukiji-greens markets peoples as same as old Chiyoda, I think.
I think now which the relatives of clerks under my house are living in Oomiya areas .
JR terminal stations are very important places for eating and drinking shops , I think.
Tokyo is too big prefecture to search those stations but in Tokyo outside of the 23 especial cities
and near prefectures, where are they? And Who's have jurisdiction over them ? ( It's my bad habit, I think . )
I had got JR trains (E den) and went to Head office from '85 (I had come from Tamano to Tokyo . ) .
Therefore I am worrying the series of the strange and terrible matters in Chiyoda.
In that time, I had went Tachikawa, Kawasaki, Yokohama, Funabashi and Ueno, Sinjuku, Shinagawa, Nakano within 23 especial cities .

from JR station, I can understand it.
